About Kensley's Kookies
her story
This is Kensley Brielle Countiss she got her Angel wings in July of 2022 at the age of 4 years old. She loved baking cookies with her Mom and Nana. We honor her memory with Kensley's Kookies to celebrate her joy of baking.
She was always eager to help. Her catch phrase "Make I Do It" became a family saying. If any baking was being done Kensley wanted to be included, meaning she wanted to do it all. From gathering the ingredients, to mixing the batter she wanted to be in the mix, literally.
Kensley, however, didn't like sweets herself. Asking her to taste a sample would be met with her standard reply "I don't like sweets." Her joy came from baking and watching others enjoy the fruits of her labor.
Our Mission
We believe that everyone deserves a delicious kookie, whether they have a gluten intolerance, are vegan, or simply have a sweet tooth. That's why we offer a variety of kookie options to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. Our mission is to spread joy and happiness through our kookies, one bite at a time.
